Programs are designed to challenge your mind as well as body. Using functional movements like pushups, squats, sprints & sit-ups, just to name a few, provide a workout and a chance to sweat outside of the gym environment. High intensity workouts deliver results in a total-body way, combining Sprint intervals, body weight exercises, kettle bells, suspension straps, logs and more much more. Limiting rest time in between each move gets the heart rate up and burning more calories faster. A typical class lasts approximately 1 hour and can burn around 6 or 700 calories, while building strength & Aerobic capacity at the same time. Plus with all boot-camp style programs you have a dedicated instructor & a group of friends working out and sweating it out together.
