The S9 Elite™ is the premium CPAP device in ResMed's S9 Series. Using Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) to determine whether the airway is open or closed during an apnoea. Small oscillations in pressure are added to the current device pressure. The CSA algorithm uses the resulting flow and pressures to measure whether the airway is open or closed.
• S9 Escape ™
The S9 Escape™ is the standard CPAP device in ResMed's S9 Series.
• S9 AutoSet ™
The S9 AutoSet™ is the premium APAP device in ResMed's S9 Series. Also using Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) to determine whether the airway is open or closed during an apnoea. Small oscillations in pressure are added to the current device pressure. The CSA algorithm uses the resulting flow and pressures to measure whether the airway is open or closed.
