A mix of total body cardio and muscular endurance exercises performed with or without the addition of extra resistance type equipment.

Each exercise is performed for a specific period of time, eg. 30 – 45secs; with 10-15sec interval break in between each exercise.

Each round is repeated 2-3 times with a 1:30min break in between each round.

Suits general fitness levels – medium to high to advanced.

Train at your own fitness level.

You will be challenged to pick up the pace, but there’s no need to race!

Valerie will keep an eye on you to ensure correct technique, safety and ability.

Exercise to funky beats with very friendly like-minded people.

Classes conducted inside a safe (weather resistant) community hall environment, supporting our local QCWA groups.
