Following the release of our new internet plans in early September, many users now have access to faster Internet speeds and a more generous download limit then they previously had. Due to the popularity of the new access plans, SBDC has grown by a staggering 45% in one month. When marking the release of the new access plans last month, SBDC’s marketing manager Michelle Thomas said “The Smelly Black Dog Company was the first locally based ISP in Tropical North Queensland to deliver these plans both locally and nationally.” The benefits of these plans include better service and address the needs of everyday users of the internet for both residential and business users across the whole of Australia. The new range of internet and bundled plans have been popular with consumers at large, so we are working with our wholesaler to deliver new services that are affordable to everyone for VoIP (Voice over IP) to new and exciting services which will include the delivery of ip based services. Ms Smith, a local resident and the first customer to trial the new plans said that her family was excited about the new plans, as now there is no shaping as we experienced previously and our children use the internet for school studies and itunes as well I use it to pay bills, shop and keep in touch with my family interstate. Being upgraded to the new plan with faster speed and larger download limit, means I can get my work done quicker and without the fear of the children blowing the download limit Ms Thomas, went further to explain by adding your phone line to the package you will get the benefits of a single bill with cheaper call rates. Until 1st of January 2012, we are offering free connections to all 12 month or more agreements, and a low call rate of 15c local calls, 19c per min to mobiles and a domestic flat rate tariff of 7c per minute. We have also extended the introductory offer of our 6, 12 and 18 month agreements being the same low price as our 24 month agreements. More information can be found on our website at - END –
