There’s a quiet revolution happening in the workplace, one that trainers and facilitators need to be aware of.

Dr Denise Meyerson, one of the keynote speakers at the upcoming ILP Future of Learning Conference, 

says that over 90% of learning does not happen through formal training.

“This is not good news for facilitators with big egos who consider themselves a vital component of learning - but it is a well-researched and documented fact,” she says.
