The Improve Group team were pleased to introduce the new Lean Office Programs at a recent seminar. The seminar featured guest speakers from relevant industry partners along with Coach and Administration team members.

Presenters Kim Little and Lauren O'Brien facilitated a very entertaining and interactive day filled with information, videos, simulations and activities.

Lean Office programs are designed at increasing productivity within an organisation whilst reducing waste. The programs enhance businesses and build capability within teams.

The Lean Office product range includes half, one and two day workshops, and  rapid improvement (kaizen) events. For those seeking continuous improvement over time, a Competitive Systems and Practices qualification is ideal.
