Daniel is a typical example of a work-a-holic working from 5am till 6pm sometimes till 7pm. Juggling food and training was quite difficult before Daniel began training at Peter Nguyen Fitness. We taught Daniel how to incorporate his foods choices into his daily routine. This was to ensure that he was able to sustain and maintain his food choice post 12 weeks as appose to just 12 weeks. Daniel did not neglect any social outings, he altered his own diet to ensure sustainability whilst achieving results. He now enjoys food and has a better relationship with food and training.
