Personal training is perfect for those who like individual private coaching. Each session is designed specifically for you with your goals in mind. Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. One on one sessions are available, or if YOU prefer to train with a friend up to 3 people can join in on a session, making personal training even more fun and affordable. Every client who participates in Personal Training sessions receive a Motivation File, this outlines fitness appraisal results (retesting is done every 4 - 6 weeks to ensure that goals are being reached), record of short term and long term goals, food diary, exercise record, exercise homework diary, etc. This is a living document and is regularly updated. First session is absolutely FREE. YOUR session will include your fitness appraisal and some simple exercises to give you an idea of what to expect at your next sessions.
