Fat loss challenge
BE TRIM FOR SPRING (remember spring is only 2 month away)
• There are many diets around and everyone is promising weight loss, but what is more important than weight loss is that you lose your fat mass and not your muscle mass.
• Many system fail due to giving you short term solution which may work for a little while but then you plateau or feel not well and you go back to the same weight.
• Repeated weight loss without success creates even more fat growth.
• Many of my clients have reached their dream weight and I would love to share with you how they have done it in a very healthy and safe way.
• Remember when you start to loose fat you may also release a lot of toxins into your blood stream and you start to doubt that this may benefit you.
• The benefits of our Challenge to you will be that we educate you and each week we will go through topics why people plateau or why it does not work for them
• Topics of the health challenge will be
• A. Eating plan and Food list.
• B. Weekly fat, fluid , muscle mass testing with our scientific body composition analyses machine called BIA (Bio Impediant Analyser)
• C. Fortnightly comparison with your group. The winner will benefit and get the cost of the BIA for free.
• D. The winner of the entire challenge will get a free 1 hour session with me.
• E. Fortnightly meetings where we discuss. Stress and it’s complication. Hormone and the impact on weight and health.
• Adrenal dysfunction and why you can’t get up and going. Thyroid problems even when diagnosed as ok, but still having all symptoms.
