Interval training has been a buzz word around the health and fitness industry for a while now, but that’s not why we’ve named a class after it. Truth is, it works! Here at pureMOVEMENT we don't like boring workouts. We believe you’ll have a much greater ability to stick to a consistent workout routine if you actually enjoy it! To ensure our pureHIIT group fitness classes stay fun & exciting for our community of pureMOVERS we incorporate odd objects into our sessions. pureHIIT classes use equipment such as ropes, kettle bells, sandbags, resistance bands, medicine balls…..and the list goes on! We encourage our clients to support each other and work together, meaning we get the most out of each of our sessions….all with a smile on our faces and a little laughter! You’ll be part of the team from the very first session!
