Underground Camera Surveys (UGCS) operates Australia-wide providing a comprehensive range of services. UGCS provides clients with a reliable, high quality standard of service using the latest in innovative technology. Our team members possess expertise and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of our work; we work closely with our clients to ensure the highest satisfaction.Camera surveys can be completed in extreme water temperatures as high as 60 degrees and as low as minus 40 degrees. The camera can reach under water depths down to 590meters. Within the bore hole the camera can view any direction, its motorised shafts allow the lens to pan left and right 360 degrees and tilt the camera up and down 170 degrees through full remote control operation. This option allows for the viewing of an important subject from various angles that can provide more detail and a better understanding of the borehole conditions. The complete pan and tilt camera assembly will fit into a bore hole of 60mm in diameter making it possible to gain access through small bore holes to view shafts, mines, caissons, broken ground, mine subsidence, and caves particularly to view objects at a distance. UGCS have experienced technicians that have completed numerous surveys over the years. The work completed has been predominantly camera and inclinometer, other work includes gyro and gas surveys. The surveys can be completed in extreme underwater conditions including acidic or alkaline or methane exposed areas. Our maximum depth for our tools is 590m for our cameras and 2000m for the inclinometer. The minimum diameter for our tools is 60mm diameter and work can be carried out in hard to reach terrains across Australia. UGCS have affordable and competitive rates, with fast production time to allow your boreholes to be available for more exposure. Please browse our web site and contact us for a online quote.
