All our Group Classes offer you multi-level fitness experiences, so they’re designed to challenge you, no matter what level of fitness you’re at.
Unlike your typical gym or fitness club, ALL our classes are taken by highly qualified Personal Trainers (not group instructors, there’s a difference) who are experts at getting you results… so much so we guarantee it! You can even hit the Trainers up for hints, tips & advice after the sessions… it’s what they do!
To get that personal attention you deserve, classes are generally capped at 14 people… and whereas gyms will typically sell 1,000’s of memberships, making it easy for you to end up as just a number, we deliberately limit total memberships to a maximum of 100 (not a typo) at each of our locations to make sure that doesn’t happen.
