In today’s business world there are a few “points of difference”, and one is that of accreditation and compliance in carrying out work and business in such a way that is “benchmarked” against a National Standard.
In 2010 the first National Standard of Human Resources, the Human Resources Framework – NS HRF 101:2010 was published
We are very excited to be able to be part of this process and have the tools to be able to help align and accredit our clients to the framework, which now has a clear and defined process for the measurement and linkage through key areas.
The framework seat out to link the tasks/activities of the individual (including employees, management team and sub-contractors) to the strategies of the business and organization.
There are five key components that we assess and rate the compliance of the business against.

- 2. Human Resource processes and systems.
- 3. Governance and compliance.
- 4. Performance management.
- 5. Workplace Improvement.
You will probably note the strong link to and monitoring, controlling and measuring that are also a major focus for AS4801 OH&S compliance and accreditation.
