Most people don’t accomplish their goals because they don’t have a plan! Well, here’s your chance to have it all “mapped” out for you. If you're sick and tired of not having the body that you want, now is the time to act. When You Sign Up For Your 12 or 6 Week Body Transformation, You will learn exactly what to eat, when to eat it. And which exercises to do to burn the most fat. Note: This is a food plan and exercise program that will include work on your part! I will give you all the tools BUT you need to take action! You will be the one doing the hard work. You will need to commit to at least 3 x 1hr group fitness sessions every week for 1 month to achieve results. Fitness sessions are held both mornings and evenings at Biggera Waters State School They are run by me (Rene') - I'm a spontaneous, fun, personal trainer with over 6 years experience helping people just like you to achieve their goals.
