With our professional RII machinery courses you will develop the required skills to help you on your way to enter the civil construction industry. Heavy equipment operators have always been some of the most stable and well paying occupations in Australia. People depend on these skilled professionals for much of what it takes to build and maintain our civil infrastructure and construction for subdivisions, highways and roads. Our one on one courses are developed around industry requirements. You will develop skills to start your career as a professional operator with nationally recognised civil construction qualifications. With our comprehensive RII courses you will be able develop the fundamental skills operating your chosen machine though theory training and a large amount of hands on practical operation of the plant with a minimum of 8 hours per day behind the controls, no standing around watching others using the machine while waiting for your turn, one trainee operator per machine. All our courses are ISC Industry Skills Councils national qualification, that are regulated by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) which is the national policy for regulating Qualifications in Australian education and training. For our clients this means that they can have peace of mind knowing that their Qualification are backed by quality assurance, best practice standards and will be recognized nationally. There are three course levels, Level 1 is for beginners with no experience, level 2 is for operators with some experience but no documented evidence and level 3 is for experienced operators with evidence. There are no set time limits on the courses; the duration of each course is dependent on the time it takes the participant to demonstrate that they have achieved the required outcome for the qualification.
