Students usually progress to this level after completing two Beginners Courses and have built up the confidence to tackle a wider range of poses. At this level students are introduced to a wider variety of Standing poses, Seated, Forward Bends , Twists, Backbends, Inversions, Restorative poses and basic Pranayama(breathing). Generally students stay at this level for 6 months to a year before moving on to General level.
