As at the end of August 2014, BMS was officially ranked #1 GLOBALLY
for customer call backs. In essence this means that the number of times we were called back or interrupted the work day of our customers was the lowest in the world. And the fewer times we interrupt them means have more uptime for their print devices.
This result is officially validated by an organisation called Pros Elite. We began a partnership with them over three years ago and over that time we have continuously been improving our business processes so that we could eventually achieve the result we are sharing with you today.
Within the print industry, Pros Elite are highly regarded throughout the world and we are the only certified organisation in the Illawarra - and in Australia for that matter, to be recognised like this for our standard of excellence.
