My name is Shirl. When I first met
Duncan I was grossly overweight,
with an out of control blood pressure
that could only be controlled with
3 tablets a day. I also had serious
issues with sleep apnoea and I used
a CPAP machine every night. My
fitness level was so bad I had trouble
walking even short distances.
That was 6 months ago, today I'm
26 kg's lighter, have very good
blood pressure and I no longer use
the CPAP machine. I walk 5km a day,
eat healthy and then of course there's
Duncan twice a week. I couldn't have
achieved these results without him.
