Join us for our Strength and Conditioning Program. You’ll experience your greatest gains ever in strength, speed, explosive power, athleticism, conditioning, mental toughness and self confidence. This program has not been created for the normal, average Joe who wants to train at the local gym where his mates hang out, look in the mirror checking their hair and sending text messages between sets! VO2 Vitality Fitness’s coaches are qualified ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) coaches, and AWF (Australia Weight-Lifting Federation) coaches. We use a “Periodized” training model. Loads lifted during your training sessions are calculated based on your 1RM (Repetition Max). This ensure’s that you achieve YOUR best results!
