What to expect in your first session Your first session will last 1 hour. We will take note of your exercise and injury history, teach you techniques for activating your core, and assess your posture. We will then take you through a comprehensive workout in order to gauge the way you move, and use this as a basis for your individualized program. 

Initial session – $35 (50% off the price of a regular session)
1 hour session – $70 (also available for couples– so that’s only $35 each)
30 minute session – $40 (also available for couples – so that’s only $20 each)
