Occupational Therapy services for children aged 0 – 18
Recovery Station offers services to children aged 0 – 18 who are experiencing difficulties completing everyday tasks. Services include occupational therapy assessment, individual & group therapy and home/school programs.

Our Paediatric therapy team provide friendly, professional and exceptional service and are trained to engage children in innovative, fun, motivating and age-appropriate activities to meet child and parent goals. Services and programs are also individually designed to improve independence within home and school environments and to identify a child’s current developmental milestones, skill levels and functional barriers. We then provide family-friendly strategies and interventions to facilitate the development of skills and functional performance for skill development in everyday activities.

Recovery Station has a purpose built therapy centre offering a welcoming, well-equipped and safe environment in which to encourage learning and skill development. We are able to help children with a range of needs. This may include children with ASDs, ADHDs, developmental coordination disorder and dyspraxia and children who have difficulties with sensory processing, handwriting, learning, and concentration and behaviours. We also provide school readiness programs.

Occupational Therapy achieves this by providing individualised, fun, motivating and age appropriate activities to meet parent/ child goals.
