Monday 9:30-10:45 am & Wednesday 6:45-8:00 pm - Kundalini Yoga - A powerful and transformational style of yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This style of yoga incorporates Asana (postures), Mudras (hand gestures), Pranayama (breathing) and Mantras (chanting) for a strong, supple body and a calm, focused mind.
Monday 12:00-1:00pm - Yoga Play - A fusion of Mums & Bubs Yoga with a Steiner inspired playgroup. Suitable for families including new babies, toddlers, dads and mums pregnant or not. This class includes singing, fun, yoga poses and storytime. Come along for some fun and family bonding, all welcome.
Wednesday 9:30-10:45am - Iron Vinyasa - A creative yoga flow incorporating the use of light weights to lengthen and sculpt your muscles, increase fitness and calm your mind. A gym workout and yoga class combined to give you twice the benefits in half the time.
Flow yoga & Kundalini Meditation
A hatha yoga flow combined with transformational Kundalini Yoga meditation to stretch your body, calm your mind and strengthen both. This focus of the meditation for this term is to tune your ten bodies for optimal health and happiness with a hatha yoga flow designed to support this.
Kundalini Aquarian Sadhana Practised in the “ambrosial hours” (the 2 ½ hrs before sunrise) for maximum results. Utilising exercise, meditation, & prayer to tune up your nervous system & attune you to your highest self, taking control of your life. Held on the 1st Saturday of the month after the new moon, next Sadhana Saturday 13th February.
Classes run during school terms only.
All equipment is supplied.
