Pilates is a method of total body conditioning. Pilates focus on balancing muscle groups to improve postural alignment, strengthen the core, improve body awareness and better control breathing. It can include a wide range of difficulty levels from the injured participant to the advanced mover. Evidence has shown Pilates can help effectively rehabilitate people after lower back and pelvic injury and pain, improve and regain strength pre and post pregnancy, and improve the control of musculoskeletal systems as well as create general ease of movement.
Studio Pilates uses the original Pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table, barrels and chairs).

Studio classes with a difference, never more than 3ppl so you get the attention you deserve!
Our mat classes are carried out using small devices such as foam rollers, weights, magic circles and resistance bands. They are usually less assistive than some of the repertoire in the studio and for this reason we keep our class sizes small (max 10ppl) to ensure you are getting the attention and assistance you need!
Water Pilates combines all the benefits of traditional Pilates with the heat from working in a warm water environment.
