In response to increasing numbers of health issues surrounding food and food service, the NSW Government has announced that mandatory food safety training requirements be implemented across NSW for the food service industry.
The deadline to complete the mandatory training requirements to ensure each food outlet in NSW has a designated food safety supervisor is October 2011.
You will be required to nominate an employee to undertake the training and be designated as your Food Safety Supervisor.
Tactical Training Group, an organisation focusing specifically in the provision of education and training for the hospitality industry, will be offering the approved courses in various locations throughout NSW in 2011.
