Training consists of cardio (Running & Boxing) as well as resistance work to build body strength (body weights, weights) or a mix of both via circuit style workouts. All of which are designed to lift the heart rate, burn fat, tone muscles and improve fitness. Thereby improving the individual’s health and well-being. Programs are tailored towards the individual’s needs and goals. Injury rehabilitation is also a service offered.

The casual cost is $80 per session; however discounts apply for upfront payment at the commencement of training. 2 people = $100. 3 people = $120.
