Training consists of a mix of cardio/circuit-work which is designed to remove the excess weight gained in pregnancy and toning and resistance training for rebuilding strength in post-baby bodies. Sessions cater to all fitness levels.

The casual cost is $80 per session; however discounts apply for upfront payment at the commencement of training. 2 people = $100. 3 people = $120.
