Essentially we match people with people. And that means we take the time
to get to know both parties as thoroughly as possible.
There may be times when we refer fewer candidates to you – but the
candidates we do refer, you will not only like, but will more likely be a
good long term fit.
All clients have different views as to their ideal candidate. When
taking a job brief we are mindful of the firm placing the brief, the
requirements of the job, the area of law and the personalities involved.
Given the number of interviews we have conducted and candidates we have
met, we have developed a set of criteria to which we adhere when
looking for the candidate that best suits the needs of a client.
