You will form a relationship with your trainer and they will help drive you towards your goals by focusing on your strengths and improving your weaknesses.
Variety – We devise a 4 week program allowing you to mix and match your routine around the sessions you love! From boxing to barbells, kettlebells to kayaking, you are sure to find a fantastic way to enjoy exercise and the picturesque outdoor locations.
Community – Surround yourself with other like minded people. We understand it is important to have a work/life balance so enjoy our regular social functions which include dinners, trivia nights, lawn bowls, retreats, fun runs and more.
Results – With the help of your trainer, our goal setting programs and an in house nutritionist we hope to get you over the line and beyond in the most enjoyable way possible
Flexibility – There are no contracts with hidden charges here! We work on a 4 week rotation and you can complete your sessions at any time during those 4 weeks. Life gets in the way sometimes so feel free to pop down to a session whenever you can – we’ll always be there at 6am
Adaptability – All ages and fitness levels are welcome, feel free to work at your own pace and we will endeavour to accommodate and adapt our sessions for any unexpected aches and pains that pop up now and again!

Support – Our trainers are there to help you, they will provide you with wake up calls, daily check ins to make sure you are on track and weekly emails to keep you in the loop about what is happening in the coming weeks
