Our Master Program is the most comprehensive 7 week Italian Culinary Program both in and outside of Italy. Is a full immersion program which covers all aspects of Italian cuisine and cooking Art, including, pasta, cuisine, Italian Pastry, gelato, cured and preserved products, and Artisan Baking with an in-depth analysis on the advanced techniques, chemistry and science behind each. Our program is designed for a complete Italian experience as not only do we learn about Italian cuisine from a technical side, but we also immerse ourselves in Italian culture and gastronomic history, as we work live and breathe as Italians in Italy.
This program combines both demonstration and hands-on methods that show case contemporary and traditional Regional Italian Cuisine based on the Italian menu of appetizers, first course, second course and dessert, as well as European Buffets and Degustation Menus.
The program will begin In Australia with our Master Chefs that will arrive from Italy, and then we will all return to Italy to finish the Program in the beautiful countryside of Northern Italy. Our organisation is also affiliated with many restaurants in Italy, most of them Michelin starred, and our staff comprise some of Italy's most talented Chef's, including those from the Italian Culinary Olympic team. Students are given the opportunity to study with these restaurants after completion of the program.
For 2012, the program we are offering is a 7 week program that is taught partly in the beautiful summer of Australia and partly in Italy, during one of its most important gastronomical times of the year. Its components include:
