PoleFit® Core & Conditioning - (8 weeks)
Designed to increase strength and stability; this course will enhance your pole dancing training
with specific exercises that can be practised just about anywhere! PoleFit®Core is a 4 week program involving a one hour lesson per week. Casual classes are also available for $30 per class.
