Kettlebells look like a cannon ball with a handle. Athletes have been using them years. They can be used to build strength, endurance and increase your cardiovascular system like you would not believe until you try them and increase your flexibility at the same time.
Boxing is a fun way to improve your health, coordination,stamina and confidence. Tone your arms,legs and mid section. Your not just going to be punching pads and doing pushups. I will teach you the correct technique of all four strikes and foot work and put these into fun and practical combinations.
Power Band's are a great way to build power in any sport from soccer, netball. basket ball, golf, track you name the sport and a practical application to suit can be applied to benefit you. Teaching your muscles to accelerate and de-accelerate can increase spots performance and reduce injuries.
Massage. I use a combination of therapeutic, deep tissue and acupressure techniques to reduce stress and pain. We all carry stress in different ways from emotional stress to work related weather its sitting at a computer or been on your feet all day. I will suit the massage to your needs. Relax in the comfort of your home I will provide towels and a choice of oils. With sessions from 30min up to 2 hours for a complete all over massage from head to toes that will leave you feeling amazing.
