Vfit body shaping classes are exclusive & limited to four (4) clients per class to ensure every work out is effective and in line with reaching goals. We don't believe in throwing you in the back of a class full of people. We believe in instructors giving you 100% attention every time you come to Vfit. Classes are typically broken into two components and days
Effective Weight Loss
Day 1 (Vfit) consists of upper body development with cardio conditioning and training for fat loss. Day 2 (L.A.S) consists of mid section and low body development and conditioning along with core strength to prevent typical physical problems such as bad back, poor posture etc.By participating in both classes regularly you will work out all areas of your body without neglect.
Beginners - We recommend that you start with 2 body shaping classes each week (1 complete cycle) along with one or two 30 minute (early morning/pre-breakfast) walks for continuously visible "real" results.
Active / Advanced - We recommend considering 4 body shaping classes each week (2 complete cycles) along with one or two 30 minute (early morning/pre-breakfast) walks for accelerated results.
