Native Citrus Spice - Silver medal winner.This spice mix features the native Lemon Myrtle, native Blood Lime and native Davidson Plum. With a wonderful complex citrus flavour, it is a very good fresh and zesty spice mix. Perfect compliment to chicken, pork, fish, vegetables and dressings.
Tasmanian pepper Medley - Silver medal winner.The pepper medley combines the fruity complexity of the native Tasmanian Pepper Berry with the more common traditional black pepper and the fragrant pink pepper corns.
