Yoga, Pilates, Mums and Bubs
Moore Health runs 11 exercise classes per week as well as Yoga on Tuesday nights and NEW Mums and Bubs class on Monday. Available in monthly packages and covered by most health funds, the classes are a combination of 30 minutes of group exercises which are pilates based and then another half hour of individually tailored exercises which are designed to help you achieve your goals and all supervised by our highly qualified physiotherapists.
