1840 heritage item that was unlivable when purchased. With sensitive design by John Dimopoulos and Brianna Thomas, and a sympathetic heritage consultant at Council, Zoltan Kovacs, this little beauty was ressurected into a modern family home for four. An extra level and careful additions gave them 40% more area, along with a new 2 car garage. It was seen as more of a 'inversion' than a conversion' as all that was dark was transformed into 'light' with clever use of glass and skylights. It was shortlisted in Woollahra Council's annual Heritage Awards.
