Tate Wilkins is the Director of Maximise Fitness & Lifestyle. He spent 5 years completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning). He has worked with junior reps rugby league, nsw cross country, junior australian soccer players, world title winning surf lifesavers and world junior representatives in Track and Field to name a few. The studio doesnt have a treadmill or an exercise bike - it is designed for optimal physical performance and has among the best sports-specific facilities in Sydney. Power racks. Kettlebells. Tyres. Ropes. Medicine Balls. Recoil Trampoline. Dumbbells. Stretch Equipment. Large rubber flooring. Most of all, training isn't in a 'commercial facility' - a fun, friendly environment with a trainer whose passion for excellence and improvement is infectious!
