Household or Office Cleanup – De-Cluttering, Moving House from Port Skips

This sort of waste may contain a wide variety of items, commonly things like damaged furniture, toys, broken appliances and whitegoods, carpets, household plastics, timber and metal furniture, and so forth.

If you have too many items for council pickup, or live in an area where the council does not offer on-call collections, our smaller skip bins are ideal for household cleanup. Especially heavy cleanups, such as clearing a deceased estate or removing a large amount of furniture, will require a larger skip.

Most types of waste can be included in smaller quantities with general household waste, but if you have significant quantities of these materials, consider hiring a separate skip; mixed waste is more expensive to dispose of, so cost per load will be lower if recyclable materials are kept separate.

Mattresses and tyres are not normally included, but we can arrange to dispose of these for an additional fee.
