After undergoing a full fitness assessment, the trainer will work with you on defining your fitness goals and tailor a program specifically aimed at achieving those goals. In addition to the personal one-on-one training sessions, the trainer can also work with you on improving other aspects in achieving a better balanced lifestyle such as; nutrition, injury management and defining a weekly activity schedule. Additionally, you will benefit from OhSo Fit's large network of allied health professionals including: Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists. With Personal Training, the focus is on you, so sessions will be scheduled at a time and place that suits your requirements. One hour or half hour sessions are available, and discounts apply when booking in larger blocks.
