G U S T O upholds the tradition
of pizza as it originated in Naples over 200 years ago. The dough is made from
Italian flours, natural yeast, water & set aside to rise overnight. It is
worked by the hands on a cool marble surface & cooked in a 300
stone based oven for one minute. G U S T
O pizza is light in texture with a high, crusty edge. Toppings are simple
in preserving tradition & the pizza comes in a single size, enough to feed
one person or share between two as an entree.
