This is a one on one session. It has a duration of 1 hour. It involves a range of activites, some of these include; boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio, ab work, warm up and cool down. The exact contents of a session is determined by the needs of the client and the activities they enjoy.
We also set accurate and achivable goals according to your needs, with regualar reassessments to make sure we are on track to meeting those goals.
