ISO 22000 system developed and certified for a food ingredient in 4 mths

I facilitated and traind a Food Safety Team for a chemical company -ASX Listed that makes food ingredients for sauces and condiments.  This involved guiding them through the ISO 22000 requirements of risk asessment and risk managment and documenting the entire system.  I assisted them through the 3rd party certification for them to attain their accreditation.  The project commenced in February 2010 and certification was granted in June 2010 by NCSI.
