Our high intensity group fitness training classes are designed to
challenge all levels of fitness, from
the absolute beginner to the superfit. When it comes to real overall
fitness, the exercise requirements of
either party only differ by degree not by kind.
The fact that we focus on broad overall fitness means that we do not
stick to a set program prescription,
but we utilise atleast 6 completely different workout syles. Whilst we
repeat each type of workout
approximately once a week, the content in the workout varies greatly
from week to week.
