Fitness to me is life! It's like brushing your teeth, it is just something that is a day to day activity. I believe that fitness should be part of everyone's life, whether you're looking to lose weight, you're after a new fitness challenge or you would like to maintain your fitness.
My goal is to help you achieve your goals! Together we can work out a suitable fitness plan for you, that is creative, exciting and ensures that you look forward to each session! Fitness has been part of my life from a young age, netball and athletics were my love. Going through teens soccer became my new favourite sport. Adulthood brought the new excitement of regular running events such as City to Surf, half marathon and the ultimate running challenge the full marathon.
