Alan enjoys helping people, he believes that integrating a body and mind approach is an integral part of success with personal training. While outward appearances are nice, it is important to be confident in who you are and in your ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He understand that it is hard to change bad habits, but hopefully with positive motivation he can help create a path towards personal wellness. When Alan is not doing PT he also works as an actor having appeared in many TV shows like Home and Away, Rake and Bikey Wars.
Alan has been getting great results for hundreds of clients during his time as a Personal Trainer working with a wide variety of clients. Alan's background has a good balance of Fitness training and rehabilitation, he played elite level sports gaining State and National results in cycling. He has trained professional athletes in strength / speed and conditioning in tennis.
Over the past few years he's been involved in Crossfit, competing in the Open World Games, this year was coming first in Australia and 18th in the world in his age group until he sustained an injury to his shoulder which put him out of the competition. Alan is an advocate for Crossfit Mobility WOD which helps resolves and prevents movement dysfunction and injury.
Using Dr Kelly Starret's techniques Alan has his athletes recover more quickly, resolve old injuries, enjoy greater fitness, and are empowered to manage and avoid future orthopedic injury and dysfunction. Alan provides his clients with the skills, knowledge and motivation that ensures they exercise and eat in the right manner to not only reach their goals, but achieve results never believed possible!
