Lunchtime Express Workouts (Lavender Bay)

You don't have to slog it out on a treadmill for hours to get results! Like most things, training should be about quality over quantity. Join one of our half hour express workouts in North Sydney and be back at your desk before anyone even knows you've gone. Jog down to the steps at Lavender Bay (near the Harbourside Indian restaurant) and enjoy a fast-paced 30 minute workout and stretch. These sessions will include boxing, games, circuits, strength, resistance, team building, cardio, stair training and more!

$10 for one session or come 3 times a week for $25!

Personal and Partner Training

Our Angels (Personal Trainers) offer 1:1 Personal Training for either you or you and a partner, where you have your Angel all to yourself! You'll receive a comprehensive health evaluation, access to fitness testing, goals setting and a personal program designed specifically for you/you and your partner. Personal Training sessions can include boxing, cardio, strength & conditioning, flexibility, games and circuits and much more!
