Residential Architecture - Rowan Crescent
Building Design, Architect, Home Design
The existing 3 bedroom home was constructed in 1969 as a lowline + 3ft Pettit & Sevitt project home designed by Anchor, Mortlock, Murray and Woolley. The existing open plan has been retained and modified with a new glass sliding door creating privacy to the new dining room. The kitchen has been extended by removing the original laundry which allows direct access to the new external deck off the new dining room. The subtle changes make the dwelling more livable, in a manner that recognises and maintains the original design without loss of integrity.
