Don’t try and outspend your competitors, out-think them!

• Establish what you want your customers to do once they have seen your marketing. Visit your website, call a number, visit a store etc.
• Who is your target audience? State clearly what your competitive advantage is.
• What is your niche in the market - what do you stand for, i.e. Volvo is safety, Mercedes is luxury, Porsche is excitement.
• Be honest and know your identity, not your image.
            • Allocate a marketing budget, this should be  expressed as a                        percentage of your sales.
