All our outdoor group fitness sessions are based on hard fun, fitness
program and out Boot Camp Programs are located across the Lower North
Shore and in the Sydney CBD.
We also offer Sydney's No1 Corporate Boot Camp and team building type outdoor group fitness sessions.
Harbourside Boot camp fitness sessions are tailored & moulded to a
group dynamic, so you will not feel lost or left behind, boot camp
fitness caters for all ages & all fitness levels.
Boot camp fitness program allows you to train either in one of our
existing small group personal training squads or you can start a
private or company funded closed group any time.
