Starts at 7pm Ends at 8pm Groups depending on the numbers will be split into two. *Advanced group will be trained by Bruno* The novice / beginners will either be trained by either Jacob or Marlene. "Health is Wealth" What we are training for: Muscular Strength: Muscular strength is ability of a muscle to exert a maximal force through a given range of motion or at a single given point. Muscular Endurance: Muscular Endurance refers to the capacity of a muscle to exert a submaximal force through a given range of motion or at a single point over a given time. Cardiovascular Endurance: Cardiovascular Endurance i s the ablity to continue training the cardiovascualr system for a period longer than twenty minutes (on average). Flexibility: Flexibility is the ability of a joint to move through a full range of motion. Body Composition: Body Composition is the ratio of lean body mass to fat body mass. Agility: The ability to rapidly and accurately change the direction of the whole body in space. Balance: The ability to maintain equilibrium while stationary or moving. Coordination: The ability to use the senses and body parts in order to perform motor tasks smoothly and accurately. Power: The amount of force a muscle can exert. Reaction Time: The ability to respond quickly to stimuli. Speed: The amount of time it takes the body to perform specific tasks.
