EFT assists people to deal with the stresses which they face on a daily basis. Emotions form past experiences often prevent us from moving forward with our lives - EFT can help the client address these.
EFT can be beneficial for many issues such as emotional eating, addictions, fears and phobias, insomnia, food intolerances and sensitivities, trauma, chronic pain, school yard or work place bullying.
Signs of stress could be headaches, eczema, dermatitis, gastro intestinal problems, insomnia, short tempered, moodiness, sleepiness, eating disorders, weight loss or weight gain.
Many health professionals believe that up to 95% of all physical and nonphysical health problems have stress as their origin. Every time we have a health problem we should be asking, "What stress is causing this, and how can I eliminate it?"
Stress is known as the silent killer. It leads to a multitude of health problems including high blood pressure, depression, anxiety disorders, mental illness, heart attack and stroke.
